Fourfold Studio (previously CoDesign Studio), facilitated a dynamic conversation around where and how young adults in South-East Queensland would like to live in the future.

A creative and participatory activity with model making materials and props utilised to spark conversation and provide a playful medium for participants to describe their goals and desires. Young people were asked to prioritise lifestyle attributes and urban planning themes across city, coast and country settings.

Over 100 young people brainstormed their 10 to 15 year vision for inclusion in the Regional Plan, with the day culminating in peer presentations to the Deputy Premier and the general public in Brisbane's Queen Street Mall.

Ideas were gathered across themes of transport, housing, sustainability, tourism and industry and feedback from participants reflecting they felt their vision was well captured and valued in the future planning for the region.
